I agree completely. Its starting to get more annoying than funny when people ask me if i’m emo. Its just that kids don’t even have access to most of this music, even though their parents listened to it when they were younger. But you can’t force it either. And I say that as a kid.

I think we should have a “Metal Reach out” plan for kids. Kinda like an educational program to show them what sucks and why. Whats a trend and what isn’t..etc. We cannot wait till these kids turn 30 to realize the garbage they have been making.

Well, so there you have about 400 good bands XD I think that the problem is that nowadays most of the youngsters get their minds poisoned by the popular crap, and waste their talent. But there are some good bands that aren’t that famous but are also around 25 or younger (viridian, legenda aurea)

30’s is not old:)We still have a lot to go in us yet:)I am not expecting a 10 year old to do anything, I am talking about bands at least in their late teens (like 18).

Well, it depends on what you call youngsters. Yes there are good younger bands (edguy, nightwish, WT, apocalyptica etc. these are just some of my favorites) but they are all in their 30s. But unless you are like Kiske (extremely talented) , you can’t young and play good songs. Honestly, you can’t expect a 10-yr-old to play good rock n roll.

i have the dvd, and let me tell you, this is the greatest concert twisted sister has ever done. one thing though, i wish they would have shown dee talking between songs. instead they show interviews with the band.
