No, this is not Ten Years After. Yes, this is the Band Alvin played with after TYA. TLY I guess..I am 28 and learned about TYA through my dad. We listen to pretty much all of the same music and I can say that he turned me on to most of the music I listen to now! Glad to hear about other folks coming to this music! I saw TYA recently minus Alvin Lee… Leo Lyons is still the most fun Bass player to see live ion earth!!!
fantastico exelente exquisito ya no tengo adjetivos es un master como artista como guitarrista lo maximo que aprenda la nueva generacion eso es musica lo demas es cuento chino seƱor@s….saludos
i saw them at the capital theatre in portchester ny!! they ripped into this at 2 am and the whole place went NUTS yeahhh back in 1970!!!!! price of the ticket then??? about 6 bucks hey ticketmaster fuck you!!!
I’m 46 yrs. old and have an older that recently passed from cancer at age 57. I owe so much to him as far as my musical taste. Alvin Lee and TYA is just 1 example. If not for my bro I’d not have even known about TYA. When I was a teenager and would be listening to Nugent’s “Double Live Gozo”, my bro woul say “go get yourself a TYA album and you’ll hear a Gibson Birdland played correctly. He was right, I really love Alvin Lee. I still love Nugent too.
It is Ten Years Later. Alvin Lee toured with them (or under that name) the end of the 70s after Ten Years After broke up.
You can see that the other guys aren’t Leo, Chick and Ric from TYA in some scenes.
hey niakoloner! yes you are right , of course. BUT I saw that concert in tv “live”. And they were presented as “Ten Years Later”. So I guess Alvin Lee has had a reason for changing the name.
