U can use the volume on the guitar to make that sound, or a volume pedal. OR in this case it looks like a synth guitar.

probably an envolope filter of some sort

what it sounds like is a combination between a chorus pedal, a delay set very low in order to get the extra reverb, and a volume pedal.

The “Mass Public” has taken the music out of the music industry. The “suits” put out what sells, and real music doesn’t sell, except to those of us industrious enough to search it out.

Those “suits” are not without fault, but they are only part of the problem.
